Baby Macie will always hold a special place in my memory, as she was the focus of my first Fresh 48 Newborn Photo Session back in North Carolina! It was such a joy to be back in the hospital, capturing these memories through light and photography for her parents. This sweet girl was only 15 hours old, and we leaned all the way into her newness, with yawns, legs that kick out, then tuck back in, fingers that grasp her daddy’s thumb, sweet facial expressions, and that sleepy newborn glow. Fresh 48 Photography is about the beauty inside the realness, and it is always, hand-down, one of my favorite photo sessions to shoot in Holly Springs, Cary, and the Triangle area.
