Velocitoddler

Branding and Family Photographer | SMA Photography

I first connected with Tabatha of Velocitoddler after falling in love with her super cute children’s clothing and shoes (you guys…the shoes!!), and I was so thrilled to do this half-family, half-branding photo shoot with her and her two sweet kiddos.

If you aren’t already a fan, Velocitoddler is based in Albuquerque and focuses on gender neutral clothing for ALL children.

Tabatha is both the designer and creator of the one-of-a-kind children’s wear that fills her online shop. Her tops, pants, onesies, and hats are all made with organic cotton, in both solids and the cutest prints, which are also Tabatha’s designs. Every piece looks and feels so comfortable, and is so well made.

Her entire online shop seriously makes me wish my three were tiny again.

We planned for the photo shoot to take place at home, with her daughter and son wearing a small selection of the shirts and pants currently available in her shop, and for the three of them to just enjoy spending a bit of time together that morning.

We went with the flow, and captured beautiful moments of cuddling, playing, and the sweetest snuggles.

This portrait of Tabatha feeding her son was among my favorites from the entire photo session.

Is there anything better than watching your children giggling and having fun together?

We also wanted to capture some fun, candid moments of each child by themselves. When big sister began jumping on the couch in their orange family room, I knew it would be the perfect set up for her photos.

Little brother was so excited to play in the mulch outside their home, and it was such a beautiful spot for photos, as well.

Spending time with Tabatha and her children, capturing their love for each other while they wore their Velocitoddler clothing was such a joy. Please consider checking out the online shop or visiting Tabatha at the Downtown Grower’s Market or Rail Yards Market in Albuquerque - I just know you and your children will absolutely love her clothing.
